Race Weekend FAQ

Common questions

Do you have flat rates for the Daytona 500?

Yes. We publish fixed, no-surge rates for every race weekend — Daytona 500, Rolex 24, Coke Zero Sugar 400, Bike Week, and Supercross. No demand-based pricing, ever.

How early should I book for Bike Week and the Daytona 500?

Book 4–6 weeks in advance for race weekends. Vehicles sell out fast — especially Escalades and Sprinters for groups arriving at MCO or SFB.

Do you charge extra during race weekends?

No surge pricing during race weekends. Your quote at booking is your final price, regardless of demand.

Can you transport a group to the Speedway?

Yes. We coordinate Sprinter Vans (up to 13) and multi-vehicle convoys with drop-off at the infield gate, Fan Zone entrance, or your hotel block.

What's the best car service for the Rolex 24?

We specialize in the Rolex 24 — overnight chauffeur availability, paddock/garage drop-offs, and direct routes back to Orlando MCO when the race wraps.

Do you handle Speedway logistics and I-95 race-week traffic?

Yes. Our chauffeurs know the infield gate, Fan Zone, Lot 7 routes, and the I-95 congestion windows during Bike Week. We build pickup times around real race-day traffic patterns.

What time should I be picked up for a Daytona 500 green-flag start?

For a 2:30 PM green flag, we recommend hotel pickup by 9:30–10:00 AM. ISC Boulevard, US-92, and International Speedway Blvd lock up 3+ hours before drop. From MCO we recommend departing Orlando by 7:30 AM to clear I-4/I-95 race-day traffic.

Where do you drop off at Daytona International Speedway?

We drop at the Midway main entrance (most ticketed seating), the UNOH Fanzone gate, Lot 7 turnaround for Sprinter groups, and the infield tunnel access for credentialed guests. Tell us your gate (1–6) at booking and we'll route to the closest legal drop.

What's the pickup process after the checkered flag?

We hold at a designated post-race staging zone off Williamson Blvd or LPGA Blvd — outside the post-race I-95 jam. Your chauffeur texts a live pin 20 minutes before the final lap. Plan on 45–75 minutes of foot traffic before you reach the vehicle.

Do you cover Bike Week pickups at Main Street and the Iron Horse Saloon?

Yes. Bike Week drop and pickup at Main Street (Boot Hill, Froggy's), Beach Street, the Iron Horse Saloon on US-1, and Destination Daytona in Ormond. Chauffeurs stage off-Main during peak Bike Week congestion.

Can you pick up directly from the Daytona 500 Club or Rolex 24 paddock?

Yes — for 500 Club, suite-holder, and Rolex 24 paddock credentials, we use the dedicated VIP/credentialed-pickup loops behind the frontstretch. Send us your credential type at booking.

Speedway hotels — what's the right pickup buffer?

From the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront, Hard Rock, and Plaza Resort, plan 35–45 minutes door-to-gate on race day (vs. 12 minutes off-week). From Shores Resort or Ormond Beach hotels, plan 50–60 minutes.
