How do guest shuttles work between the hotel block and venue?
We run a loop schedule: 45 minutes before ceremony, then continuous return loops between The Shores Resort, Hilton Oceanfront, Plaza Resort, or your hotel block and the ceremony venue. Last shuttle typically runs 30 minutes after reception end — extendable on the day.
Do you pick up at Crystal Ballroom Ocean Walk and Ocean Center weddings?
Yes. Crystal Ballroom Ocean Walk drop is on the A1A side beneath the porte-cochère; Ocean Center weddings use the West Atlantic Avenue entrance. Our chauffeurs pre-walk both venues so wedding-day logistics are dialed.
Can you handle beachside ceremony pickups on A1A?
Yes. For beach ceremonies at Sun Splash Park, Sunglow Pier, or oceanfront resort lawns, we stage on the nearest A1A access ramp — Granada Blvd, International Speedway Blvd, or Dunlawton — to keep the bridal party out of the sand on arrival.
How do you coordinate timing with the wedding planner?
Two weeks out we lock a written timeline with your planner: bridal-suite pickup, first-look pin, ceremony arrival, cocktail-hour repositioning, and reception send-off. Chauffeur arrives with the timeline printed and confirms via the planner's group text on the day.
Are getaway vehicles available late at night after the reception?
